30-Day Return Policy

You may return any unused merchandise in its original condition, including original packaging and manuals, within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange.

  • Item must be unused and in original packaging
  • Receipt or proof of purchase is required
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer (unless defective)

Refunds Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5-7 business days.


Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like:

  • Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us at support@example.com with your order number and reason for return. If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
